How do I make a claim?

1. You must have collision coverage!

2. Damage exceeds $500!

3. It will pay you back up to $500 or your deductible amount under $500, two times per year!

4. Claim must be made within 30 days of accident!

5. Claim must be made with your insurance company along with a police report to honor your claim.

6. Payment usually sent within two week after paperwork complete!
